Since we started in 2018, we delivered a broad range of software solutions to our clients, ranging from an all-in-one mobility on demand solution and a suite of products for used car management and after-sales services, to e-commerce solutions and tailored software development.
For our product "Simdle Mobility", an On-Demand mobility software solution for cities and operators, we are currently looking for a Business Developer DACH to join our team in Luxembourg.
Skills
What is the role:
- Own and lead Simdle’s business development effort mainly in the German-speaking DACH region but also beyond to reach the sales quota;
- Be on top of all relevant public procurement processes in the area;
- Take the lead on Simdle’s proposal management cycles in a sales enabling role: source, select, and apply for RFPs, tenders, and other sales opportunities where clear and compelling proposals are required;
- Research and reach out to potential clients to get intro meetings, demos or market intelligence for our sales team;
- Set up and update sales assets from pitches to technical submissions ;
- Assist our team in determining, tracking, and visualising main sales and marketing metrics and suggest measures to improve these;
- Increase Simdle’s visibility and presence in the target market and create partnerships with relevant private partners (e.g., operators);
- Represent Simdle at main fairs and events in the industry;
- Be an expert of Simdle’s platform, run demo’s and resolve clients' questions also by visiting them on site if needed (several days of travel per month).
Who you are:
- You have a winner mentality and bring with you 3-5 year of experience in sales or business development for a SaaS company or technology start-up;
- A natural and trustworthy listener with profound people skills who knows to run smooth demo’s, solve client’s needs, and address their objections;
- A self-learner and curious person who loves the challenge of matching clients’ requests with our solution, especially in complex public procurement processes;
- Native German-speaker, highly fluent in English;
- A network in the mobility, public transport, or another relevant B2G industry that serves as a head-start is highly valued.
What is Simdle Mobility:
Our mission at Simdle is to make sure that no vehicle runs emptier than it should. For that we have built an end-to-end software for demand-responsive transport. It consists of a powerful real-time booking and dispatching algorithm, a versatile passenger app, an intuitive driver app, a configurable admin panel backend for operators and dispatchers, as well as a web-booking frontend.
